UMP Digital Plus: Advanced Warewash Control Systems

The UMP Digital PLUS layers on advanced safety and operational features to the proven and popular UMP Digital platform, offering enhanced daily results to kitchen operations.

Enhanced safety and convenience features include an auto-sensing power supply (90v-270v) that makes the unit plug-in ready worldwide. The unit also auto-switches from probe mode to probe-less when the probe is fouled or faulted.

Management and convenience features include tool-less squeeze tube changes, a re-settable squeeze tube life alarm, a reminder alarm to change the wash tank water, and a large display that allows customized messages.

These units come in the box with a 7-conductor power/signal wire and probe wire already attached for easy installations.

Virtually any warewash application can be accommodated with the capability of controlling up to three products and the choice of liquid or dry detergent.
