Sterile processors today are under pressure to increase workflow while achieving higher marks for cleanliness of surgical instruments. Knight has designed a system that quickly and easily coat external and internal instrument surfaces with foaming detergents prior to manual cleaning before bio burden has a chance to harden.
Fast Foam™ includes 2 wand applicators for use with instrument trays and instrument channels. The unique channel wand delivers foam into hard-to-reach instrument channels to start the pre-cleaning process. This automatic detergent delivery system produces enough foam to cover an entire tray of instruments in seconds!
Reliable Precision Detergent Application
- Reliable, variable speed peristaltic pump delivers foaming concentrate over a wide range to produce rich, thick, long-lasting foam.
Advanced Micro-Controller
- Electronic controls manage foam production to the precise volume and concentration needed.
- Password protection prevents unauthorized users from tampering with settings.
Foam Quality Adjustments
- Patented, 100% digital control of the amount of concentrate and the texture of the foam (wet/dry) for instrument trays and instrument channels. Once programmed there is no need for adjustment.
